Main Street Station, Richmond VA Old Richmond stands along side of the new, shown here in this single exposure image of Richmond's Main Street train station. Main Street Station is an historic railroad station and office building in Richmond, Virginia. Originally built in 1901, it is currently served by Amtrak. Located between the James River Bridge (left) of Interstate 95 and the elevated rail-line (right), it is locally referred to by some passersby as The Clock Tower. The Main Street Station and train shed is a U.S. National Historic Landmark.
